The download for the nativity characters is available on the downloads page of our website. Click here to purchase!

After purchasing the download just print the characters on cardstock paper and then mount them onto magnet paper so that they will stick to your tins. (Here is the magnet paper we used.) We included 3 different sizes of nativities. A small, medium, and large. You can print whichever size best fits the magnet tin you decide to use.

There are lots of different options for the metal tins. You can find them at the store (like an altoids mint tin, or for various other products), or you can purchase some on amazon. Here is a link to the ones we used.  If you are hosting a party and need a lot of them here is a link to a pack of 40!

I found tins at the store that had stuff on them I spray painted over it all so that they were all black. Then I used a white paint marker to decorate the tin. When I did this craft with my young girls I wanted them to be able to decorate the tins themselves. I bought the tins on amazon and they used these acrylic markers to decorate the tins. These markers worked great because if they messed up they could easy draw right over the top or rub it off. We did have to paint over them with some polyacrylic coating when they were all finished so that their drawings didnt come off. I just had some in my garage that I use to finish furniture. You could use any kind of protective coating.

Get creative with these! This is just what we did. You can do whatever you'd like.

My girls loved doing these and they turned out great!
